My Approach
My approach is comprehensive and holistic. I draw from humanistic, client-centered, psychodynamic, CBT and systems-oriented modalities, among others. I bring my warmth, calm, and grounded demeanor to my clients. I believe in and nurture the possibilities available to young people and their families for healing, growth, connection and blossoming.

“But this is one reason they’re so exciting to work with;
their vision is still clear.”
